Refund policy
Kindly note that we do not follow a refund policy and do not offer a refund on any orders.
All products are pre-checked for quality and defects before they are shipped. In spite of our best efforts, if you find the product delivered is damaged or a wrong product is delivered, the customer is requested to inform us about the same within 24hrs of delivery through email at ( EMAIL ADDRESS )
We need a package opening video as a proof for the same. We accept the exchange within 7 working days of the registered request and hold the right to not accept the products incase received in a damaged condition or after the given time.
The cost of return/exchange if any have to be borne by the customer. The decision for any credits will be solely at the discretion of Team Siha.
The products should be in unworn condition with all tags intact. We hold all the rights to not accept the products in case they are used or damaged by the customer.
We do not guarantee availability of the same product in the desired colour. Exchange will entirely depend on availability of products. Requesting you to please check before requesting an exchange.
Lastly, the exchange facility shall only be provided once and for all. Repetitive exchange request shall not be entertained.
There is no exchange / return / refund option for items purchased under sale.
